I've been on the hunt for smudge-proof mascaras ever since I first put on makeup. It is something I've struggled with for years and I've made it a mission to find the best ones on the market. I, like many with similar hooded eye shapes, tend to have skin that rubs the lashes when we smile, laugh, express with our eyes etc. The natural oils that are near our lashes tends to dissolve the mascara, leaving us with racoon eyes.
