The top layer comprises of the wild rose oil which contains 10% Wild Rose Oil, 15% Super C, and a combination of natural root extracts. The water phase is a blend of sea fern extract and provitamin B5 that helps to prevent pigmentation from absorbing into the cells, thus lowering the chances of pigmentation coming back.
